Introduction to Meditation 8 Week Course

We will be practicing a selection of meditation and relaxation techniques during the 8 week course. Each week we will explore a different method to give you both practical experience and knowledge to inform your own meditation practice.
Each session will start with an introduction followed by a guided meditation and closing discussion.
You will also receive worksheets to support your meditation and relaxation practice at home.
Anyone new to meditation or those wanting to develop and refresh their own practice.

About course leaders Ema and Peter:
Ema and Peter run their retreat centre De Tout Coeur Limousin in the heart of the beautiful Creuse, just a short walk from the shores of Lac de Vassiviere.
Ema has a MA in Group and Intercultural Therapy, and is a holistic therapist, Usui Reiki master and meditation teacher.
Peter is an ordained interfaith minister and spiritual counsellor having studied with the OneSpirit Interfaith Foundation. He is also a vocal coach and singing teacher and has been teaching people to Sing from the Heart for almost 30 years.
